By commissioning the artist, the client agrees to Terms of Service.

The artist does not claim ownership of any of the characters portrayed in the commission, as they belong to their respective creator(s).

The commissions are completed digitally, thus no shipping is required.

The client agrees that the commissioned art will be delivered digitally after te final payment has been received by the artist.

The commissioned art is usually exported as a PNG file with a resolution of 2160 by 2880 pixels or 2048 by 2048 pixels, depending on the choice made by the client. Both emotes and stickers are exported as PNGs file with a resolution of 512 by 512 pixels. Any other resolutions or aspect ratios must be mutually agreed upon before any work on the commission begins.

It is the client's responsibility to store the commissioned art properly. However, the client has the right to ask for an additional copy, up to 2 times, if the original copy has been lost.

The client may ask for extra variants (such as recolors) of the commissioned art, each for 25% of the standard price.

The client has the right to request a full or partial refund, depending on the progress of the work on the commissioned art. The exact amount has to be agreed upon with the artist.

The client has the right to request a full refund if there has been no progress for over a month.

The artist has the right to extend the period in which no progress has been reported, provided that it has been caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness or accident.

The client obliges to contact the artist in a fast and responsive manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc.. Lack of timely communication on behalf of the client will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the commissioned art.

The commissioned art received by the client is for personal use only.

Any use of the product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the artist.

The client does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the subject.

The client does not hold the right to use the product for use with AI technology, such as using it as a teaching input for the AI, nor with any future inventions in the subject.

The artist has the right to use commissioned art to promote his commissions by uploading them to his social media, galleries and Carrd page.
